What is Your Pricing & Delivery Strategy?
All Prices are inclusive of GST & adhere to MRP Norms, while transport & packaging are charged at actuals.
Organic Perishables: 1-2 Days
Products: 3-14 Days
Projects: 5-30 Days for assembly & commissioning.
Do you provide International or out of Mumbai delivery?
Please leave your PinCode & Delivery Timelines on our inbox/chat with Product Details and we can get back with the same. Only Products with International Warranties & service networks shall be registered with us for external shipping. Please chat with us for the other products
How do I return an item?
Incase of Broken/Damaged deliveries, You shall inform the delivery boy right away. For other reasons, you shall contact the store with the apt reason. No Item can be returned post confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
Goods Once Sold cannot be taken back after receipt of delivery . Please get consulted before buying the right product with our 'chat; feature.. Also The product may not look exactly as per the showcased in online pictures but shall surely look forward to justify it's specifications. We would not entertain return policy on graphical justifications.
*Any Complaints shall be responded by Core Eco Store, while any cases/arbitration shall strictly be on Manufacturer's Disposal incase of any discrepancies of any product.

Is Assembly At Door Free?
Only Products Mentioned with 'Free Assembly' holds free installation package. Else every product would have it's own accessories & fitting charges as per the site.
What is the Refund Policy?
Any Product wrongly delivered either with damage or defect shall either be replaced within 2 working weeks under warranty or shall be refunded within 2-3 working days with cancelled invoice.
IMP*: Price may change whenever, which is not subjected to notifications while Some Prices may be limited to the Batch Inventory & Stock Availability only. 'BULK Inquiries' are needed to be ordered with 'BULK' Button only, else customer may experience high chances of refund / rejected orders.
